Urban/Farms ‘yellowing’ – Xanthorian-Physcia comm.
Urban: this refers specifically to lichens growing in towns and villages and in or near farms where there is a high nitrogen content in the air. Such lichen communities are dominated by Xanthorian and Physcia community species.
